DETOXIFICATION FOR OPTIMAL HEALTH AND WEIGHT LOSS

Healthy Weight Loss: 2 week program in Thessaloniki, Greece

This program is geared to those who want to lose weight quickly, have tried dieting without sustained success, and are looking to ‘reboot’ their metabolism in order to achieve results. Participants will lose 3 - 5 kilos (between 6 and 11 pounds) with all natural foods and enhanced detoxification. We provide an intensive nutrition and instruction program filled with practical information so you can learn how to make constructive changes in your daily eating habits and lifestyle. For those who have completed our Detox Level 1 and wish to continue, we offer DETOX Level 2. People who repeat detox will lose 5 - 7 kilos (11- 15 lbs.) in total, plus they will also experience the benefits of better health on a deeper level. Level 2 introduces food fantasies and preparation as well as coaching, and interactive seminars on nutrition and sustainable lifestyle systems

This program is for those who wish to lose weight and keep it off. Participants will lose 10-15 kilos( 22-33lbs). We provide systems for changing old habits to new healthier habits, instruction on how to use foods to build your immunity and protect you and your family from flu and illness. We also introduce life tools for managing work, relationships, and health, and recipe templates to change your kitchen with healthier (and tastier!) foods.
