Holistic Nutritional Therapy

Holistic Nutritional Therapy is a branch of Integrated Functional Medicine, a field of science-based health care that is patient-centered. It takes a systematic and comprehensive approach to understanding the underlying physiological and psychological factors that affect health.

A Holistic Therapist looks at each person with a holistic view. Specifically, it is the belief that we are all the sum total of our physical and psychological dimensions, and that our individual health is determined as well by the interaction between our internal and external conditions. When the inside and/or outside environment becomes a negative power in a person's life, he/she loses balance. The main role of the Holistic Therapist is to help each person find the right balance again. This is done through consultation, analysis, guidance and treatment. The Holistic Therapist guides the person so that they can understand the body's 'own inner intelligence', and the role and power of the mind and natural immune system.

Lifestyle Coaching

Lifestyle Coaching is one of the fundamental therapies used in Holistic Therapy(HT). This therapy uses awareness, knowledge and guidelines to help the individual identify his/her patterns and behavior, and adjust, change or modify that behavior based on what impact it has on the body, emotions and sense of well-being and success. It teaches alternative but equally satisfying ways to enjoy life, and it encourages problem solving and stress management.

Healthy Weight Loss

AHS provides several Weight Loss Programs. All programs are based on holistic therapies, and on increasing use of organic and/or natural foods and products.We encourage each participant to learn more about their body, their bio-individuality, and their unique internal and external conditions. We also encourage participants to become 'their own Health Boss'- listening to their body's signals to develop their own nutrition and lifestyle programs.

Detoxification (for toxin removal and optimizing biological functions)

AHS offers several Healthy DETOX Programs, depending on how each person defines his or her goal. The DETOX programs utilize only all natural foods and ingredients. The programs are built on optimizing nutrition with macro and micro nutrients, so our participants are always nutritionally satisfied, without feeling deprived and/or hungry.
